Marggi Vangeli, PMA Certified Teacher and owner of Bodies in Balance, has been practicing Pilates since 1978. After a 20-year career in the music industry, injury and stress led her to the full-time study of Pilates. This study led to the comprehensive training program at Power Pilates, which she completed in 1999. She received her Pilates Method Alliance certification in 2007 and currently serves on its Board of Directors. The desire to continually improve her knowledge and teaching abilities has been augmented by studies with Deborah Lessen, Michele Larsson, Pat Guyton, Phoebe Higgins, and the anatomist, Irene Dowd.

Suzanne Reiman, a graduate of The School of Visual Arts of NYC, has roots in the dance and fitness world. She has been studying and teaching Pilates since 1987. Lauren Wightman was introduced to the practice of Pilates at Bodies in Balance in 2001 prior to the birth of her second child, Caroline. The ease with which she sailed through her pregnancy helped her develop a real passion for Pilates. With that in mind, she went to Power Pilates and completed all three levels of mat certification finishing the advanced level with highest honors. Included in her repertoire are private mat, pre and post natal classes and kids mats. She is currently looking forward to doing her equipment training. Lauren's classes embrace the beginner and challenge the advanced client. Find out more by signing up today for mat with her.
